Meet Chef Aja Constance, a culinary artist who has harbored a deep passion for the culinary arts since a young age. Her journey began when she discovered her natural talent for cooking while learning from her beloved grandmother in the kitchen. Side by side with her sister, they embarked on their culinary adventure, starting with the intricate process of crafting a flawless German chocolate cake. From ensuring the eggs didn't curdle to preventing the frosting from burning, Aja learned the value of attention to detail and developed a profound respect for the art of food preparation.
This early experience ignited Aja's desire to explore the culinary world further, leading her to enroll in culinary school to study international cuisine, baking, and pastries. With dedication and a unique flair, Aja excelled in her courses, consistently standing out among her peers. Her years of rigorous training laid the foundation for her next venture—the creation of her own food truck and catering company, Ace of Spades Catering. The name, inspired by the highest card in the deck, symbolized her ability to triumph over competition by continually surpassing her own limits.
As Ace of Spades Catering flourished, Aja's aspirations evolved. She yearned to curate more intimate and exclusive culinary experiences, prompting her to venture into private bookings, brand partnerships, pop-ups, and even working on movie sets. As a female chef, Aja strives to break barriers, support her family, and continuously push the boundaries of her craft.
